After our Regular Daily Business Hours and you need your lock rekeyed in a hurry? NO PROBLEM!
If you have an emergency security situation where you require your locks to be rekeyed after our Regular Business Hours we can accomodate you in a timely fashion. Response times will vary according to your location. On average, we can respond to your call and be dispatched to your location within 30 to 45 minutes of receiving your initial contact.

What is the cost of Emergency Service after Regular Daily Business Hours?
Our Emergency Service Call rate is $110.00 and includes the first half hour of labour. Each additional half hour of Emergency Service is billed at $50.00. Please do not bicker over pricing with our employees as they do not set, nor do they have the authority to change or alter any pricing what-so-ever for this service.

During what hours are Emergency Service Rates in effect?
Emergency Service Rates are in effect any time before or after our Regular Daily Business Hours.
(Regular Daily Business Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Now INCLUDES Saturday and Sunday)

What identification do you require in order to open my place of residence?
A Valid Ontario Drivers License bearing your name and the address you require opened is necessary. We will also accept a Valid Ontario Health Card with your picture which contains the address you require opened.

I'm locked out of my place of business, what identification do I need to have with me?
A Valid Ontario Drivers License bearing your name and current place of residence address. If it is a rental property then you will be required to present a current lease agreement. If you are the commercial property owner we would need to see any of the following: Bank Mortgage Papers, current Property Insurance papers or current bills sent to that address from Ontario Hydro, Bell Telephone, Rogers Telephone (bills presented would need to be within the last month).

I am locking someone out of a rental property. What do you require from me?
That really depends on what the property is used for. Is it a Residential or Commercial rental property?

With a Residential rental property the Landlord must employ the services of the Ontario Sheriff. We will not proceed to lock a tenant out of a Residential rental property without the proper documents being served to the tenant. The Ontario Sheriff must attend.

With a Commercial rental property the Landlord must employ the services of the Ontario Bailiff. We will not proceed to lock a tenant out of a Commercial rental property without the presence of an Ontario Bailiff.

Do your Emergency Rates apply during Regular Daily Business Hours if I am locking someone out?
Absolutely not! We do not consider this to be an emergency situation. If our services are provided during Regular Daily Business Hours then our standard daytime rates apply.

How much advance notice do you require if I am locking someone out?
We usually don't need any advance notice. You should contact us and make the arrangements to have us attend as soon as possible after having been notified of the date and time that the Ontario Sheriff or Ontario Bailiff will proceed with the lockout.
